Lake Tsivlou is one of the most enchanting and rare natural landscapes of mountainous Achaia.
Located at an altitude of about 800 meters and surrounded by lush fir forests, it was formed in 1913 by a powerful landslide — a natural shift that gave birth to this serene mountain lake.
Today, it is a protected ecosystem, a peaceful sanctuary that invites stillness, reflection, and deep connection with the natural world.
In this space of pure tranquility, where the still waters mirror both the sky and our inner silence, we will come together to breathe, ground ourselves, cleanse body and mind, and plant the seeds of intention for the new season ahead.
Here, nature becomes our mirror.
The green of the forest soothes the heart.
The stillness of the lake invites us to discover the stillness within.
Surrounded by this beauty, we will share sound, movement, silence, and connection.
This retreat is for:
• Individuals seeking time for themselves, as well as friends, couples, or small groups who want to walk this path together.
• Those who are already familiar with yoga, meditation, or sound healing, but also complete beginners — this is a gentle opportunity for a first encounter.
• Anyone who simply feels the need to step away from daily life, spend a meaningful weekend in nature, and do something different that brings them closer to their true self and inner balance.
